Your Role and Responsibilities:

As our Sales and Events Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating memorable client engagements and collaborating with our sales team.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Crafting Memorable Client Events Collaborate seamlessly with our Marketing and Business Development Managers to design and execute captivating client events that embody our brand essence and foster lasting relationships.
  • Driving Sales Strategy:
    Supporting the Chief Marketing & Sales Officer to flawlessly execute our sales strategy, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) that fuel our success.
  • Nurturing Client Relationships:
    Utilise HubSpot to meticulously monitor and nurture client relationships, ensuring personalized and tailored interactions.
  • Empowering State-Based Sales Teams:

    Provide invaluable support to our state-based sales teams, enabling them to reach their targets and address client needs adeptly.
  • Crafting In-Person Client Presentations:
    Take charge of booking and preparing compelling in-person client presentations through our innovative MG Academy on Demand program, showcasing our solutions effectively.
  • Strategic Collaboration with Marketing:
    Collaborate seamlessly with our Marketing team to align client communications, presenting a consistent and impactful message.
  • Driving Outbound Engagement:
    Engage in proactive outbound calls to bolster sales teams and strengthen client relationships, cultivating a robust database.
  • Interstate Travel:

    You will have the opportunity to travel interstate on a quarterly basis, subject to calendar availability.

Qualifications and Skills:

To flourish in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in coordinating events and nurturing sales initiatives.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An adaptable and proactive approach to troubleshooting.
  • A natural ability to collaborate seamlessly across diverse teams.
