He has extensive experience of pre-appointment meetings throughout Australia – where clients need to understand what the implications are for their company going into Voluntary Administration. David shows great empathy and builds trust with clients through what is an extremely stressful time.

Jack has over 9 years experience in corporate insolvency. Working through a diverse range of both formal and informal appointments, Jack is passionate when it comes to helping clients and stakeholders achieve successful outcomes. After completing his Bachelor of Commerce, Jack is further extending his study as he works towards completing his CPA and ARITA qualifications.

Nelson Huang is a registered liquidator with extensive experience in insolvency and corporate restructuring. At Mackay Goodwin, he plays a key role in guiding businesses through complex financial situations, providing expert advice and strategic solutions. Having commenced his restructuring and insolvency journey in 2006, Marcus, a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), brings a wealth of business restructuring experience to his role as Director & Head of Client Strategy at Mackay Goodwin. His expertise encompasses senior managerial roles across Australia and the UK.

What sets Marcus apart is his “service before self” approach & his extensive experience working outside public practice accounting firms. Marcus has previously held senior managerial roles within commercial enterprises & family run businesses specialising in import/exporting, direct sales, construction, and recruitment. With 20 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring as a private practice lawyer, Ben Skinner has made a rewarding transition to an in-house role at Mackay Goodwin.
